de tableaux, de listes et de cartes pour organiser les t\u00e2ches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Il s\u2019aligne bien avec la m\u00e9thode Kanban, qui est une approche visuelle pour la gestion de projet, mettant l\u2019accent sur la progression continue des t\u00e2ches.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Principes de base de Kanban<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La m\u00e9thode Kanban se concentre sur la livraison continue sans surcharger l\u2019\u00e9quipe de travail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elle utilise un tableau Kanban pour visualiser le flux de travail, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement avec des
